Buyer Beware

*Please Note: “Scalpers” and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of RBTL or the Auditorium Theatre. If you purchase from a non-authorized person or outlet, you risk purchasing a lost, stolen or fake ticket that is not valid for admittance into the Auditorium Theatre, regardless of the event. RBTL employs scanning technology for admittance to events. Only valid tickets will scan to authorize entry into the Theatre for an event.  Lost or stolen tickets may be deactivated and thus will not be valid for entry into the Theatre.  Fake tickets will also not scan or be honored.  Anyone who purchases tickets from a “scalper” or ticket broker does so at their own risk.

Ticketmaster is the only ticketing company that RBTL partners with, and the only outlet in which legitimate tickets at face-value base prices are guaranteed by RBTL. (Standard ticketing fees apply.) Beware of outlets that may overcharge or that may not provide legitimate tickets, as RBTL has no affiliation with any other outlet and cannot be held responsible for fraudulent acts. When buying tickets online or by phone for Auditorium Theatre events, and Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone are the only 100% safe options.  When buying tickets in person, the Auditorium Theatre box office or other official Ticketmaster outlets are the only 100% safe options. Click here for a list of Ticketmaster outlets.

In the interest of preserving affordable ticket prices for all patrons:
RBTL and the Auditorium Theatre reserve the right to refuse to sell tickets to identified ticket “scalpers” or brokers.  We also reserve the right to revoke any tickets sold to identified ticket “scalpers” or brokers through a full refund at face value.
