The Box Office
Tickets for events at the Auditorium Theatre may be purchased at the Auditorium Theatre Box Office. The Auditorium Theatre Box Office (Ticket Express) is located at 885 East Main Street, Rochester, NY 14605.
There is limited free, short-term parking on East Main Street when
visiting the Auditorium Theatre Box Office. There is also a free parking
lot adjacent to the rear of the Theatre, accessed from College Avenue.
When facing the building from East Main Street, the Box Office is just inside the right hand (875 East Main Street) entrance, closest to Prince Street. When entering through the rear entrance, the hallway will bring you into the Box Office lobby.
Beginning January 31, 2012, the Auditorium Theatre Box Office will no longer be an official Ticketmaster Outlet. This means the Auditorium Theatre Box Office can only sell tickets to events at the Auditorium Theatre and some other specific local events. Auditorium Theatre Gift Certificates may be purchased or redeemed at the Auditorium Theatre Box Office, however, Ticketmaster Gift Cards are unable to be purchased or redeemed at the Auditorium Theatre Box Office. The nearest location for purchase or redemption of Ticketmaster Gift Cards is House of Guitars on Titus Avenue.
Payment for tickets to events at the Auditorium Theatre is accepted in the form of cash, Auditorium Theatre Gift Certificates and all four major credit cards; VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Personal checks are not accepted.
Patrons in need of wheelchair accessible seating for Auditorium Theatre events, or seating in view of the interpreter or captioning screen, may call the Box Office at (585) 222-5000 or visit in person. There is an extra charge if tickets are purchased over the phone.
Please note: there is no elevator access to the balcony level.
