Subscription renewals for the 2018-2019 M&T Bank Broadway Season are available now to current 2017-2018 Subscribers! As always, you can manage your subscription online via Account Manager, by phone at 585.222.5000 or in person at RBTL’s Auditorium Theatre Box Office. Subscription renewal packets have also been mailed. To maximize your enjoyment of each Broadway Season show, we encourage our Subscribers to visit each individual show’s website for highlights and subject matter, to increase awareness of content prior to attending. Season Tickets will be mailed in late summer and renewing Subscribers will be notified as additional tickets to Broadway Season shows and specials are made available. There will also be a specified period in which to exchange select Broadway Season Show Tickets for a different performance of the same show if you have a conflict. You will be notified as this opportunity becomes available.
NEW SUBSCRIBER INFORMATION
Each year, the Rochester Broadway Theatre League & Albert Nocciolino present The M&T Bank Broadway Season at RBTL’s Auditorium Theatre, consisting of at least six touring Broadway Shows. The Season typically runs from October through June, and the next Season’s shows are announced in the spring. Once the new Season is announced, patrons have the opportunity to become a Season Ticket Holder (or renew their current Subscription). A Season Ticket Holder purchases a ticket package that includes all Broadway Shows on the lineup for one low price. They choose the night in which they wish to attend (Tuesday-Sunday, including matinees), and their seating preference. Subscribers also receive exclusive benefits (see below for details). A limited number of new Subscriptions for the 2018-2019 M&T Bank Broadway Season will be available in late spring. To be notified as new Season Tickets become available, CLICK HERE. You will need to “purchase” one $0 “ticket” to be notified as 2018-2019 Broadway Season Tickets become available. Select “Best Available” as your section then follow the prompts and submit your “order”.
(Please note that no payment information is required and no actual ticket will be issued. Only one “ticket” need be “purchased” regardless of the number of Season Tickets a patron is considering. This process does not guarantee Season Tickets nor commit the patron to purchasing a Season Ticket. This simply serves as a way to have contact information readily available in our system for notifying interested patrons as new Season Tickets become available for purchase later this spring.)

***Season tickets for RBTL’s Auditorium Theatre are only available to patrons residing in the Upstate Western New York / Greater Rochester Area. *Specials are additional shows that are presented by RBTL & Albert Nocciolino each Season. Subscribers have the option to purchase tickets to Specials in advance of the general public.
Full Season ticket holders are able to take advantage of these exclusive benefits:
Priority Seating — Reserve the best seat(s) in the house when purchasing the 6-show Season Ticket Package and assure that you’ll never hear the words “sold out”.
Advance Tickets — Subscribers have the option to purchase additional tickets to select Season Shows and Specials in advance of the general public for themselves or friends and family. Subject to availability. Processing fees apply.
Avoid Waiting — You can avoid long lines by ordering Season Tickets or additional show tickets by phone* or through Account Manager*, from the Auditorium Theatre Box Office. * There is a per ticket processing fee for all tickets not purchased in person at the Box Office.
Exchanges — If scheduling conflicts arise during the season, you can switch your tickets for select shows to another performance of the same show so long as tickets are available. Exchanges may be made by phone or in person. Phone exchanges may be made for a fee. There will not be a fee for exchanges made in person at the Auditorium Box Office. We are not able to accept ticket exchanges for missed performances. (Individual shows reserve the right to limit their exchange policy.)
Flexible Payment Options — Subscribers have the option to pay for their Subscription over time via payment plans, when renewing by the deadline. New Subscribers may take advantage of payment plans if a Subscription is purchased by the deadline.
Lost Ticket Insurance — If you misplace your ticket(s), give us a call and we’ll have a seating pass waiting for you at no additional cost.
Renewal — Be among the first to find out which shows are coming each season, and keep your seats year after year with the option to upgrade when available.
Advance Notification — Receive notice of added shows, special events and other opportunities throughout the Season.
Ticket Forwarding — Subscribers can forward their tickets to others online using Account Manager.
