Gift Certificates for events at the Auditorium Theatre are available at the Auditorium Theatre Box Office and by phone at (585) 222-5000. Purchase in any denomination - the amount is your choice. Gift certificates* are redeemable for all events at the Auditorium Theatre. The recommended amount for a gift card is $50 - $150, which covers the low and high end of a pair of tickets for most performances. Gift Certificates are transferable so they make a great gift!
*Valid for one year from date of purchase. Must be presented at time of redemption. Not valid toward prior purchases. Not redeemable for cash.
Redeem
Auditorium Theatre Gift Certificates are redeemable at the Auditorium Theatre Box Office, simply present your Gift Certificate and indicate the Auditorium Theatre performance (including price level) that you which to attend. Tickets are given for the specified performance in place of the Gift Certificate. If a balance remains, a new Gift Certificate with the remaining amount will also be provided.
Ticketmaster Cards
As of January 31, 2012 Ticketmaster Gift Cards areno longer be available for purchase or redemption at the Auditiorium Theatre Box Office. The nearest location for purchase and redemption of Ticketmaster Gift Cards is the House of Guitars on Titus Avenue.
