RBTL's Calendar of Events

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Aud Rochester (Auditorium Theatre) Box Office at 885 East Main Street in Rochester. The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00AM to 5:00PM. Patrons needing wheelchair seating can also call the Box Office between 10:00AM and 5:00PM Monday through Friday at (585) 222-5000. Please note there is an extra charge if tickets are purchased over the phone.

Smoking Regulations: Smoking is not permitted in any area of the Auditorium Theatre.

Photography and Recording: The use of recording devices and cameras are strictly prohibited at all performances.

Late Arrivals: Out of the courtesy to the performers and the audience, patrons arriving after a performance has begun will be seated between numbers.

Saturday Matinee Post-Show Talkback: 15 minutes after each Saturday matinee performance of Broadway Season shows, we welcome members of the audience to assemble in front of the orchestra section.

Emergency Phone Contact: Emergency phone calls for our patrons may be made to (585) 222-5000.  Callers should be advised of the patron's exact seat location to ensure contact.

FM Hearing Assistance System: The Phonic Ear FM Hearing Assistance System is available for patron's use at the performance.  To obtain a headset from the house manager, please provide collateral in the form of a credit card or driver's license, which will be returned in exchange for the headset following the performance.

Sign Interpreted Performances: The RBTL offers sign interpretation at each Thursday evening subscription performances of the Broadway presentations. For individual events, sign interpretation is offered if a request is made at least one week in advance of the performance and at the discretion of the presenters. Call 585.222.5000 to confirm in advance.

Audio Description: With this service, provided by ABVI and RBTL at Sunday matinees, visually-impaired Broadway patrons can listen through a headset as the performance is depicted to them by a trained describer.  Headsets must be reserved in advance.  Call (585) 222-5000.

Children's Booster Seats: Seats are available for most performances for children's aide.  Please ask an usher if booster seats are not on the side of the lobbies.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are available in increments of $5 from RBTL Customer Service.
