Account Manager, ”by Ticketmaster, is available to West Herr Auditorium Theatre Season Ticketholders and is designed to help Subscribers make the most of their investment. Through this online service, Subscribers can enjoy convenient features that are available only to Season Ticket holders:

• Make Payments:
  View invoices, make payments, purchase tickets, and renew your season package online. (*Service fees may apply.)
• Forward Your Tickets:
  If you cannot attend a show and exchanging your tickets for another night doesn’t fit your schedule, use "Ticket Forwarding" to simply email your tickets to someone who can attend the show. Now you can send your tickets to virtually anyone. Simply log in to your personal account and select the ticket or group of tickets you wish to send, enter the recipient’s information, and “Forward.” (*Service fees may apply.)
• Edit Your Profile:
  Make sure your account profile, including your e-mail address, is up-to-date so you receive valuable offers and information (like new Season lineup information, added shows, advance ticket opportunities, cancellation information, Subscriber benefits, etc.).
