INTRODUCING CONVENIENT ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION (SEASON TICKET) MANAGEMENT –
“Account Manager*” by Ticketmaster is available exclusively through the RBTL website and is designed to help you make the most of your Subscription investment. Through this new online service, you can enjoy the following convenient features that are available only to Season Ticket holders:
Make Payments: View invoices, make payments, purchase tickets and even renew your season package online. (Service fees apply.)
Email Your Tickets: If you can’t attend a show and exchanging your tickets for another night doesn’t fit your schedule, simply email your tickets to someone who can attend the show via “Ticket Forwarding”. Now you can send your tickets to virtually anyone – simply log in to your personal account and select the ticket or group of tickets you wish to send, enter the recipient’s information and “Forward.” It’s so easy! (Service fees apply.)
Edit Your Profile: Make sure your account profile, including e-mail address, is up-to-date so you receive valuable offers and show information (new Season lineup information, added shows, advance ticket opportunities, cancellation information, etc.). (There is no service fee for updating your profile.)
