Accessibility / Services

The Rochester Broadway Theatre League is committed to providing an enjoyable theatre-going experience for all patrons. To that end, RBTL and the West Herr Auditorium Theatre offer a variety of services to our diverse audiences, including patrons who use wheelchairs, who are deaf or hard of hearing, or who are visually impaired. In order for us to serve you best, patrons with requests for special ticket needs are asked to visit the Auditorium Box Office or contact us at 585-222-5000 or mail@rbtl.org.
