A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 14 days of reserving any group excluding Wicked. Final seat count and full payment will be due 30 days prior to the opening of each show.

*For the show Wicked a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 14 days of reserving a group and final payment due 60 Days prior to performance date. If orders are placed within 60 days of performance, payment in full must be made within 7 days of placing order.

An invoice with payment due dates will be sent to you for your group ticket order. Your deposit and full payment can either be cash or check payable to RBTL and sent to RBTL's Group Sales Office, 885 East Main Street, Rochester NY 14605. Credit cards are not accepted for group payment.

Failure to comply with payment schedule will result in the releasing of seats. Until final payment is made, your group may change your ticket order without penalty, providing it does not drop below the group minimum of 20 to the same performance. If group minimum is not met, your deposit will be applied to the purchase of tickets at the individual ticket price. Group price includes all handling fees.

Please Note: If reserving seats in the balcony, there is no elevator in the Theatre. Please plan accordingly for anyone in your group who may have access issues.
