ADAM PELTY, since childhood, has been a professional in the performing arts. His early experience encompassed everything from jingles for national television and radio commercials to work in feature films to leading roles in musicals. The son of Chicago celebrity Lee Pelty, Adam appeared in his fathers nightclub act throughout the 70s and 80s, while studying and performing as a featured soloist with Ruth Page's Chicago Ballet. He was formally trained at Interlochen Center for the Arts in Michigan and United States International University in San Diego and London, and also attended Purdue University, touring internationally as a soloist with the Purdue Glee Club. Adam's adult professional acting career has garnered him over fifty regional credits and has taken him on national and European tours as well as to Broadway, where he has appeared in Cyrano - The Musical, Steel Pier, A Christmas Carol, Joseph..., The Scarlet Pimpernel, and Titanic. He has worked with such greats as Susan Stroman, Frank Galati, Ann Reinking, Terrence McNally, Chita Rivera, Kander and Ebb, Frank Wildhorn, and Mike Ockrent, to name a few. As a choreographer, Adam has staged dances for film, television specials, and commercials. He created the choreography for the original Broadway production of The Scarlet Pimpernel as well as for Kenny Rogers in Christmas from the Heart at the Beacon Theatre. Adam is certified in fencing and stage combat by the British Society of Fight Directors, and teaches master classes in theatre art throughout the United States. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Pelty served as Director of High School Musical Theatre at Interlochen Center for the Arts in Michigan, where he continues to serve as consultant and adjuct faculty. Recently he worked on Frank Wildhorn's new musical Waiting For The Moon and played Henry as well as created the choreography in Allan Knee's play Syncopation for Capital Rep in Albany, NY and Merrimack Rep outside of Boston.  CATHY TRIEN began performing at age 9, booked her first commercial by age 10, and became a member of the First All Children's Theatre in association with Lincoln Center by age 11. She studied at the Performers Theatre Workshop (P.T.W) in New Jersey throughout middle and high school, and went on to become a staff member there, teaching voice, acting, and dancing, as well as private voice lessons out of her home. She has toured Europe as Annie in Annie Get Your Gun, played Sheila in The 25th Anniversary National Tour of Hair, and Marty in the National Tour of Grease. Off-Broadway she played Coco in Zombie Prom, and did The Great American Trailer Park Musical covering Jeannie and Betty. On Broadway she played Marty in Grease and performed in Gypsy, where she understudied Bernadette Peters. Regionally she has done over 30 shows, some being Beehive, Anything Goes, Godspell, and her favorite playing Patsy Cline in Always Patsy Cline at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival. Cathy has done television, film, voice overs, commercials and video games including being a regular in Disney's Honey I Shrunk the Kids the TV Series, Pootie Tang, and both the voice and motion capture for the character Mary-Jo in Rockstar Games Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. She lives in New York where she continues to perform as well as coach, teach voice and raise her two beautiful children Cali and Keaton.

 EMILY BAUER has been performing professionally since grade school. After being plucked out of an acting class and put on the Mainstage of the prestigious Paper Mill Playhoue in her native New Jersey, Emily rose through the ranks of regional theatre, eventually graduating to broadway and european national tours, as well as film, television, soap operas, and voice overs. Emily is one of the most highly sought after voice over and commercial actors in America today, and can be heard and seen in literally hundreds of ads. She lends her talents to cartoons for Cartoon Network, the WB, ABC, Disney, and PBS and is also the voice of many popular toys and video games. Emily can be heard every day on MTV Network as one of their announcers. In 2007, Emily was honored with Publisher's Weekly Award for Best Audiobook for her work on "Life as We Knew It" by Susan Beth Pfeffer. In 2008, Emily won another "Best Audiobook" award from Audiophile Magazine, and in 2009, Emily is honored to be the recipient of the ALA's Notable Recording award for her narration of "The Possibilities of Sainthood", a book in which she was proud to collaborate with Timothy Ditlow, the man responsible for the "Harry Potter" audiobooks! Emily might be best known to younger audiences as the voice of "Dawn" on the hit TV series "Pokemon" and as Emily Elizabeth in "Clifford the Big Red Dog" for Scholastic. Before settling down on the east coast to raise a family, Emily traveled the world starring in such musicals such as "Hair" and "Almost Heaven:The John Denver Story". A cum laude graduate of New York University, Emily double majored in Business and Theatre. She has also worked on the "other side" of the business for prominent agents and managers in New York, learning the business of the business. In her free time, Emily loves to learn and try new things, relax with a good book and a skinny vanilla latte, jump on he trampoline, sing along to the radio, and spend time with her wonderful husband and two beautiful children. |
CHRIS BAILEY Chris started dancing at the age of 7 in his hometown of Leicester in the UK (yes he has a funny accent) and headed of to London at 17 to attend Performers Dance College one of the most respected Musical theatre colleges in the UK. His early professional work was mainly in Television but also worked in the Pop and fashion industries. Chris' first real theatre experience was when he joined the UK cast of Tap Dogs and toured Europe and Asia for 2 years. On his return to London he became part of the Original West End cast of Contact (an American import) and then went on to be an Original cast member and dance captain of the West End production of Thoroughly Modern Millie (another American import) which is where he met Rob Ashford for whom Chris now works for predominantly. As associate choreographer Chris worked with Rob on his UK West End productions of Guys and Dolls and Evita, as well as Once in a Lifetime at the National Theatre. In Europe he assisted Rob on Candide in Paris which then went on to La Scala Milan and then on to London with the English National Opera. He also worked on the Movie Beyond the sea Starring Kevin Spacey and danced in the Movie in the final number. Chris has been coming back and forth 'across the pond' to work on various US projects as associate choreographer including workshops for Marty, Cry Baby and Leap of Faith and just helped put together the opening for this years Tony's. His first Broadway show was Cry Baby after an out of town run in La Jolla, his second was Shrek the Musical and he has a busy year next year with 3 upcoming Broadway shows in the diary. As a choreographer Chris has put on various 1st national tours, Thoroughly Modern Millie in the UK, Guys and Dolls in the UK and Australia, and then The Wedding Singer 1st national US tour. He also choreographed the pantomime Snow White and the 7 Dwarves in Cardiff Wales and in 2007 Choreographed a new Musical called Dancing Shadows at the Seoul Arts Centre in Korea for which he won the National Korean theatre award for best choreography. GARRETT TAYLOR began playing the piano at age 9. He quit lessons and decided to teach himself instead. He quickly began getting work as a pianist in local churches and theatre groups. While working toward his music degree at Millikin University in Illinois, he performed and worked in many shows including Guys and Dolls, Into the Woods, Jekyll and Hyde, and A Little Night Music. Here, Garrett won the MDSO Young Concerto Competition and received the prestigious Dr. Maria Klott Award for excellence in music and theatre. When not onstage or in the pit, he could be seen touring with the internationally acclaimed Millikin University Choir. Since moving to New York City, Garrett has worked alongside such wonderful performers as Sierra Boggess, Wayne Cilento, Paige Davis, Molly Ringwald, Carolann Page, Tony Nominee's Catherine Cox and Marla Schaffel, and many more. His Broadway credits include Wicked (keyboard) and he recently worked on the National Tour of Sweet Charity. Regionally, Garrett has performed in many shows including Chicago and A Little Night Music and has music directed over 17 shows. He has worked at Marymount College, NYU's Tisch and Cap 21 programs, The Manhattan School of Music and as a staff member at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA). He has been seen in concert and recital with the New York City Master Chorale, as a guest soloist at the National D.A.R. Convention at Washington D.C.'s Constitution Hall, with the Millikin-Decatur Symphony Orchestra and as a pianist and vocalist in the International La Musica Lirica Festival in Urbania, Italy. This fall, Garrett will be reprising his role of the Horse in George Plimpton's Animals Tales at the New York Musical Theatre Festival and will be headlining a Christmas concert with the Danville Symphony Orchestra. He resides in New York City with his soon-to-be wife, Lauren and their cat, Steinway. |
