Event Management
Careful preparation and behind-the-scenes planning are essential to transforming a great idea into a spectacular event. As managers of the Auditorium Theatre, the RBTL is uniquely qualified to manage and produce both public and private entertainment events.
For nine years, the RBTL coordinated production, logistics and site management for the City of Rochester's annual Rochester Music Fest. To aid other organizations in and around Rochester, the RBTL has booked talent for the annual Lilac Festival, and produced concerts for local radio stations including 98 PXY, 94.1 The Zone, and 96 WCMF. A host of nonprofit organizations have turned to the RBTL to produce their fundraising concerts including The Health Association, Sisters of Mercy and Lifetime Assistance.
RBTL is also responsible for some of Rochester's most memorable events such as the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 1995 Ryder Cup and the opening of Frontier Field.
